How many real estate agents are in your board? How many real estate agents are recruit-able in your geographic area?
Don’t worry about it. The only thing that matters is what real estate agents you recruit. Get focused on your target. Get small.
Think of real estate agents at your competition as domino’s. What if you could get them all lined up and just get that one that would bring all the others? Even if you can’t get the front one, what would happen if you got one from the middle? You will still have a domino effect on half the stack.
Don’t try to recruit alone. Get your real estate agents involved in the process and even better, get your new recruit involved in helping you recruit.
One good real estate agent recruit never equals just one recruit. One good real estate agent recruit might equal two or three more good real estate agent recruits. And those two or three might mean two or three more good real estate agent recruits. If you are coordinating the Transition Facilitation process correctly your recruiting growth could be exponential.
