Co-Founder, Darin Persinger is an 11 year veteran in the Real Estate industry with sales, management, leadership and training experience. He was a certified trainer for Keller Williams. He successfully coaches agents one on one. He provides agents with the vital learning tools to be successful in the Real Estate industry both through his writing and in group training classes. Earlier, he was the CEO/Team Leader/Business coach for Keller Williams Madison East. Before that, he was a Regional Manager for Century 21 Affiliated. He has recruited new and experienced agents, trained and coached agents to great levels of success. Before any of that, he tried to make a living as a sponsored wakeboarder.

Co-Founder, Lloyd Persinger is a 30+ veteren of real estate. He specializes in Mergers and Acquisitions. If you are looking to combine forces or take over a brokerage be sure to talk to Lloyd first. In the begining, Lloyd ran a small independant brokage, later he joined another independent. They soon became a Century 21 franchise. Lloyd bought out his partner and started expanding. Before selling his company he had expanded to 7 offices.
Even though Lloyd is a veteran he is tech savvy, being one of the first E-Pro designations in the state of Wisconsin. Lloyd claims, “To be the beauty while Darin is the brains of the operation.”
