Are Your Current Real Estate Agents Excited About You Recruiting?

It’s a simple question. A question that I ask to answer the question, “Can you help us recruit more real estate agents?”

Are your current agents excited, happy and supportive of you recruiting more real estate agents?

You need to be able to answer that question before you start a hard core recruiting campaign. If the culture of your company is not one of growth, abundance and progression you are going to meet many road blocks and obstacles in your pursuit to recruit. (Ah! I rhymed. Pursuit To Recruit! That’s mine. No one take it.)

There really are two kinds of real estate company’s out there when it comes to the outlook on real estate agent recruitment and growth.

The Piece of Pie Company

The real estate agents at a piece of pie real estate company think there is only so much to go around. There is one pie. They got their slice. That’s it. Bring a stranger in from the outside and the piece of pie gets smaller.

The Potluck Dinner Company

Real estate agents at a potluck dinner company look forward to you recruiting more agents. The agents are supportive, participate in the growth, and assist in the process. The real estate agents at a potluck company view another agent recruit as someone, who has something else, to bring to the table. And this gives more to all that are involved.

So what kind of real estate company are you? A Piece of Pie Company or a Potluck Dinner Company?
