Fact 1: The Real Estate market sucks. (In majority of markets)

Fact 2: There are less transactions being done.

Fact 3: There are still to many real estate agents based on Fact 2.

Fact 4. You can never have enough productive real estate agents in your company.

Question: How are you attracting more productive real estate agents to your company? What I am really asking is, what are you doing to recruit real estate agents?

Do you know what type of real estate agent you want? What kind of production? What kind of niche? What is selling your market area? Single family? Condos? Multi-family?

Don’t spend your time chasing after a condo specialist if the condo market is dead. Go recruit the agent that specializes in the neighborhood that is still desirable.

In a down real estate market, the agent has to get smarter about their business. In a down real estate market, the recruiter has to get smarter about their business.
