Recruiting In Real Estate Is Not A Sometimes Event 

I went to a coffee shop today. There was a “Now Hiring” sign in the window.

I wonder why are they “Now Hiring”? Isn’t that being reactive? Shouldn’t you always be looking for talent? I don’t think it matters the business or the industry, you should always be looking for talent.

What would happen if you always had your eye open for talent? What if you were always increasing the talent that you worked with?

What if your best employee, best agent became the bench mark that all others became equal to?
